Governing bodies and administration

The Governing Council of the Consortium is its highest organ of government and administration. It is composed by the Presidents of the Provincial Councils, currently:

• President of the Provincial Council of Burgos: César Rico Ruiz.
• President of the Provincial Council of Soria: Benito Serrano Mata.
• President of the Provincial Council of Guadalajara: José Luis Vega Pérez.
• President of the Provincial Council of Zaragoza: Juan Antonio Sánchez Quero.
• President of the Provincial Council of Teruel: Manuel Rando López.
• President of the Provincial Council of Castellón: José Martí. 
• President of the Provincial Council of Valencia: Antoni Francesc Gaspar Ramos. 
• President of the Provincial Council of Alicante: Carlos Mazón Guixot.

The Presidency of the Consortium is assumed by the representatives of each of the respective Councils in turn, for a one-year term.

• President of the Consortium: Manuel Rando López. President of the Provincial Council of Teruel.
• Vice President: Antoni Francesc Gaspar Ramos, President of the Provincial Council of Valencia.

Administration:

• Secretary General: José Luis Mª González de Miguel.
• Financial Controller: Ricardo Pascual Merino.
• Managing Director: Alberto Luque Cortina.
