The representatives of this five managing entities have held today the Constituent Assembly of the Association of Cultural Routes in Spain. This association is born to coordinate the actions carried out in the field of international promotion to publicize the rich legacy that different cultures have left in Spain over the centuries through itineraries of high historical, artistic and environmental value.

The constitution of this association is one step more within the joint promotion works that these itineraries have been carrying out since 2015, in coordination with the Spanish Secretary of Tourism, under the tourist brand "Cultural Routes in Spain", created by Turespaña.

This year, with an eye on 2022, Cultural Routes in Spain is being particularly active in developing a website in Spanish, English, French, and German; a promotional video, and an informative blog. Now, they are currently preparing, together with various Spanish Tourist Offices abroad, presentations of the brand, actions that are added to the edition of multilingual brochures, presence on social networks, contacts with tour operators, etc.

"Today's event is very important because it culminates a work of many years and opens the door to a powerful tool for promoting destinations, mainly inland, according with new models of tourism, and associated with culture, nature, and demassificated destinies".
